Four AseraCare Home Health Agencies Achieve 'HomeCare Elite' Status

We are very pleased to announce that four of our AseraCare Home Health agencies have achieved the 2011"HomeCare Elite" designation as awarded by OCS HomeCare, the leading provider of homecare information. In addition to our current winners, this year marks the sixth consecutive year in which AseraCare Home Health agencies have earned the HomeCare Elite status. The HomeCare Elite ranking is awarded to only 25 percent of the more than 9,000 Medicare-certified homecare agencies.

The 2011 HomeCare Elite AseraCare agencies are: Atlanta, GA; Bloomington, MN; Omaha, NE; and Milwaukee, WI.

The HomeCare Elite rankings are based on quality-of-care data, quality-improvement measures, and financial performance. The ratings are calculated based on public data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services which tracks the Medicare-certified home health care agencies.
