Jacalyn Belli has served AseraCare Home Health as Regional Sales Director for the northern states as well as part of Florida for the past four years. She spends her time overseeing her agencies and making sure that her sales team has the knowledge, skills and tools to educate others about the services that AseraCare Home Health can provide.

Jacalyn enjoys mentoring her sales staff so that they are able to thrive in their positions. She is able to inspire her team members and bring enthusiasm to their daily tasks. To her, key drivers in her position are providing excellent customer service and exceptional patient care.

Besides finding her daily work rewarding, Jacalyn has found that she feels valued as an employee of AseraCare. The benefits and training that are offered have been very beneficial to her. "AseraCare offers ongoing training and development for managers and supervisors. Most recently, the coaching class that was offered provided me with excellent tools for managing my employees on a daily basis," she explained.
