Jackie joined AseraCare Home Health in 2007 and brought with her almost two decades of experience in clinical care, case management, professional services, operations and leadership. She came on board as Administrator/Executive Director and was promoted to her current position, Clinical Service Regional Manager, in late 2010. The scope of her job includes providing oversight for regional and agency leadership to assure clinical practice standards, federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures are being met; and monitoring, consulting and making recommendations for modifications to existing processes, systems, and policies and practices which assure efficient, effective and clinical services performance; and providing agency training on clinical process and regulatory requirements.

Her favorite part of her job is working collaboratively with our home health and hospice agencies and associates to ensure educational growth, process efficiencies and regulatory compliance so we can better serve our patients, families and communities.

She prides herself on being a part of the Golden Living continuum of care that consistently focuses on keeping the "patient in the center" for all our actions and decisions.
