For the past five years, MaryAnn Sannasardo has enthusiastically served as a Regional Director of Sales for home health in the East Coast of Florida. In this role, MaryAnn is responsible for hiring, training and coaching sales team members to success. She also helps develop physician and patient surveys as a way of increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

As a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, MaryAnn has the knowledge to provide clinical sales support and training to her sales team. She builds strong relationships with the physicians who refer their patients to AseraCare, and she makes quality patient care her main focus.

Part of being a successful Regional Sales Director is having a passion for nursing. MaryAnn explains, “I am further inspired by having a fulfilling job. It gives me the opportunity to help people get the care they need and learn ways to stay healthy! Patients are able to avoid hospitalization and receive care in their home.”

MaryAnn is dedicated to her role for a variety of reasons. “I enjoy training sales teams and inspiring them to educate customers on the benefits of home health care and Medicare guidelines,” she explains. “Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet our customers’ needs is very rewarding. I enjoy working with not only my sales team but also our wonderful staff of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, home health aides, social workers and others.”

What really keeps MaryAnn going? “My key drivers are communication, accountability and trust mixed with a passion for growing physicians’ awareness of the benefits of home health care.”
