Nancy P. serves as National Director of Clinical Operations and Quality Management for AseraCare Home Health. In this role she is responsible for monitoring patient outcomes and assuring patient quality standards are met. She also promotes program development and quality improvement.

After working in home care for more than 20 years, Nancy keeps her focus on improving the lives of her patients. “AseraCare Home Health is all about serving our patients,” she explains. “We always strive to improve our patient outcomes by providing the best possible care. I am proud to be a part of an organization that works so well together and communicates so positively and openly to help those we serve.”

Nancy believes in providing excellent service by striving to meet the expectations of patients and coworkers, listening to feedback and always acting with the patient in mind. She even fondly remembers one patient who was able to avoid a hospital visit because the clinical staff monitored the patient’s progress on a regular basis via an in-home telemonitoring product. “It was such a pleasure to see the patient respond to the excellent education our staff provided,” she said.
