Post-operative Care

AseraCare Home Health’s post-operative program offers a comprehensive approach to "after care" and senior home care. Each AseraCare home health agency understands that patients want to return to the healthy and active life they enjoyed before they were impacted by surgery. Our goal is to help patients achieve their recovery goals, and regain their confidence, in a setting that is comfortable and familiar to them -- their home.

Our “after care” home health aide encompasses a wide variety of services, each based on the individual needs of the patient. During a home visit, our home health nursing staff and clinicians can provide any or all of the following:
